MATERIAL CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring materials are properly tagged, labeled, and stored.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to track material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare requisitions, and manage material shortages or surpluses.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and material test certificates (MTCs) to ensure quality and quantity compliance.
• Implement proper material preservation, storage, and handling practices according to oil & gas industry standards.
• Support warehouse organization and ensure material traceability.
• Generate inventory and material status reports for project management.
• Assist in material reconciliation during project closeout, commissioning, and handover.
• Enforce safety procedures and HSE regulations in material handling and warehousing operations.
