HSE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and local laws.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE support during construction, commissioning, drilling, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Support emergency preparedness programs, including drills and response planning.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety measures into all work plans.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all site operations.
