LEAD ENGINEERING COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process, and civil).
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, operations, maintenance, contractors, and project
• Review and approve engineering drawings, design packages, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with refinery standards, safety regulations, and industry codes.
• Support capital project planning, execution, and commissioning.
• Manage contractor and vendor coordination, including technical reviews and quality assurance.
• Provide leadership during plant turnarounds, shutdowns, and major maintenance projects.
• Prepare and present engineering status reports, progress updates, and technical recommendations to management.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in engineering processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, reliability, and safety.
