MACHINIST / CNC OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements. Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials to achieve required tolerances and finishes.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and comply with industry standards (API, ASME, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of machining parameters, production output, and tool usage.
• Collaborate with engineers, QC inspectors, and supervisors to resolve technical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain a clean, organized machine shop.
• Suggest improvements in machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
