SOUS CHEF FOR BAKESHOP

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Preferably with experience in bakery/bakeshop operations.
• Ncii tesda certificate is must.
• With hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• With comprehensive understanding of professional pastry techniques, ingredients and food science is essential.
• With culinary degree or similar

Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop creative and unique dessert experiences is highly valued.
• Collaborate with the head pastry chef to create new recipes, seasonal specialties and innovative menu items.
• A thorough understanding of food and safety, sanitation, and haccp principles is crucial. Assist with managing ingredient
• Inventory, sourcing suppliers, and maintaining stock levels.
