QUALITY CONTROLLER (MECHANICAL STATIC EQUIPMENT)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• With at least four 4 years of experience in the relevant inspection discipline. OR two 2 years of industrial/technical.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards (Knowledge on API 686, 610, 618, 682 etc.,)
• Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
• Shall have awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Monitor and/or perform quality activities at all stages of projects.
• Will ensure contractor’s work in compliance with all applicable requirements including without limitation SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications, and Schedule Q of the project contract.
• Will provide training to others as and when required.
• Duties may require physical exertion, working outdoors, confined spaces, high elevations, and remote work locations, and on or off-shore.

Responsibilities:

• Perform “Hold”, “Witness” and “Surveillance” inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
• Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at SAUDI ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.
• Review and evaluate the Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
• Witness on-site and off-site material and installations tests for compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
• Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
• Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs) and Equipment Deficiency Report (EDRs) as needed.
• To do work as planned and scheduled with a better professional approach and to report the findings in the required format.
• To work safely during inspection activities and to advise others to work safely.
• To maintain the confidentiality requirements in each activity during the service period
