RRJM International Manpower Services Inc. is looking for talented Demi Chef de Partie candidates for ESAD for Human Resources Solutions and Management Company in Saudi Arabia. 

Demi Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, 25–40 years old
• Proficient in English (verbal & written)
• 5–6 years of solid culinary experience
• Background in hotels, fine dining, banquets, and à la carte service
• Gulf / Middle East experience is a strong advantage
• Knowledge in food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Creative, detail-oriented with excellent plating & presentation skills
• Strong teamwork & leadership qualities to assist Chef de Partie and guide Commis staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services.
• Greet customers and present menus.
• Make suggestions based on their preferences.
• Take and serve food/drinks orders.

Salary and Benefits:

💰Basic Salary: SAR 2,500 – SAR 3,300
💰Food Allowance: SAR 300
🏠 Accommodation & 🚌 Transportation: Provided by the company (Self only)
📜 Benefits: As per KSA Labor Law

Requirements:

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
