Qualifications

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order.
• Necessary for maintaining cleanliness and managing supplies accurately

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the pantry, common areas, and washrooms.
• Monitoring and refilling pantry supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and water bottles.
• Performing basic administrative tasks such as delivering documents within the office, assisting with filing, and photocopying
• Handling small errands as directed by superiors, which may include tasks both inside and outside the office.
• Tidying and preparing meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper disposal of waste and other disposable materials.
