Servo Sheeting Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With related experience in a Food, Paper, Packaging and printing Factory.
• Knowledge of paper/board grades, cutting tools, and machine calibration

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining servo-driven sheeting machines used to cut paper, board, or film into precise sheet sizes
• Ensures accurate sheet dimensions, high-quality output, and efficient machine performance while adhering to production schedules and safety standards.
• Set up and calibrate servo sheeting machine parameters for required sheet sizes.
• Prepare and load rolls of paper, board, or film into the sheeting machine.
• Inspect finished sheets for dimensional accuracy, squareness, and quality.
• Carry out daily cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine faults; escalate major breakdowns to maintenance staff.
