MAINTENANCE WORKER

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a technician or maintenance worker in warehouse or production warehouse, factory.
  • Basic logic and math and basic computer skills.
  • Good physical stamina, slim build, ability to work shifts up to 11 hours, including night shifts
  • Good time management skills
  • Good moral character
  • Teamworker
  • Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
  • Available to work extended hours.
  • Ability to lift or move products (20kg) if necessary
  • Experience with conveyor belt repair welcome
  • Document certifying professional qualifications or Certificate or some kind of authorization to perform this type of work
  • English – both written and oral B2
  • Nice to have: Confirmation from an employer regarding several years of experience in this field

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of technologies (machines and equipment) in the logistics center (conveyor systems, machines, lifts, etc.) without working under electrical voltage and within the scope of their qualifications
  • Visual inspection of equipment and mechanical repairs.
  • Adjusting and cleaning machines to ensure smooth operation, within the scope of their qualifications
  • Configuring machines via HMI panels (without working on electrical systems).
  • Administration of assigned tasks and recording completed work in the computer system.
  • Collaboration in diagnosing malfunctions and subsequent mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Contributing to improving equipment performance with the goal of accelerating shipment dispatches, within the scope of their qualifications.
  • Fulfill other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
