Backup IT Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Well groomed with strong sense of discipline and work ethics.
- Technically skilled, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must maintain confidentiality and handle tasks responsibly.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and manage PABX systems, CCTV and intercom networks.
- Install and configure OS (Windows/Linux) and TV systems.
- Handle internet and connectivity issues raised by residents.
- Ensure fire and safety systems compliance.
- Support emergency electrical maintenance and system upgrades.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting to supervisor.
