Procurement Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Proven experience managing supply chain operation
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP, Ariba and / or envision
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong supplier relationships

Responsibilities:

• Procurement manager or purchasing manager is responsible for overseeing supplier relation and transportation details for a company
• Developing sound cost, cost effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business
• Maintaining relationships with supplier while continually scouting for additional vendors
• Evaluating spending operation while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and timeline
