Assistant Crew

Qualifications:

  • Male/female ages between 25-35 years old..
  • Educational attainment is not highly required, but preferably with retail, hospitality and with customer service experience.
  • Ability to calibrate espresso machine and minor troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Have the ability to understand taste (with good palate)
  • Has the strong leadership to manage workflow and series of work assignment simultaneously.
  •  Ability to follow directions and adhere to company’s standards and procedures.
  •  Team player attitude and responsible.
  •  With commitment to work long term. minimum contract of 2 years.
  •  Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people.
  •  Any training and workshops attended is an advantage.
  •  Applicant(s) with valid Philippine drivers license is an advantage
