Receptionist / Help Desk Operator
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational/college level preferred
- Experience as a receptionist, help desk operator, or customer service staff
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, ticketing systems)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
- Provide first-level support for inquiries, requests, and basic technical issues
- Log, track, and follow up on service requests and complaints
- Direct concerns to appropriate departments or technical staff
- Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Follow company policies, confidentiality, and customer service standards
