Qualifications:

- Familiarity with VDC tools and their applications in project planning, design review, and clash detection is valuable.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards for HVAC systems is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with a team of engineers, designers, and contractors. Adaptability.
Responsibilities:
- A Senior BIM Modular HVAC position typically requires a skilled professional with expertise in building information modeling (BIM) software, particularly in the context of HVAC systems
- This role involves creating and managing 3D models of HVAC systems, collaborating with other disciplines, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- The role often involves working with virtual design and construction (VDC) tools and understanding the complexities of modular HVAC systems.
- The candidate needs to be proficient in BIM software like Autodesk Revit and have a strong understanding of BIM workflows and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including design principles, equipment selection, and installation practices, is essential.
- The role involves coordinating HVAC models with other disciplines, such as structural and architectural models, to ensure proper fit and functionality.
- Experience with modular HVAC systems, including their design, fabrication, and deployment, is a significant asset.
