Human Resources Advisor (HR Advisor)

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HR generalist providing HR and ER advice to managers
• Experience in understanding, interpreting and applying knowledge of employment legislation, policies, procedures.
• Experience delivering/facilitating presentations and workshops

Responsibilities:

• The HR Advisor works in partnership with leaders and employees to achieve the organisation’s strategic goals.
• The HR Advisor is to provide effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR advisory services by operating as the first POC for front-line managers across the organization.
• They coach, challenge and support our leaders through the provision of high-quality HR solutions and services.
• The role covers the full remit of HR services – recruitment, training, performance management, disciplinary, employment relations, health & safety and generalist HR activities.
