Accounts Clerk

Qualifications:

• Work experience in general accounting, clerical and administrative support to the Finance & Administration department, including the accurate and timely processing of all Customs entries, supplier invoices and payments
• Experience with Microsoft office – Excel & Word
• General computer skills. Good communication skills.
• National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) level 2

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of all Customs documents in a timely manner for goods received air and sea.
• To ensure local monthly invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.
• To assist with the processing and payment of local weekly invoices

Requirements:

• Valid passport
• Detailed Resume
• High School / College Diploma
• Employment Certificate/s
• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
