Accounts Admin Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting. With a strong understanding in General Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, Month-end reporting, Financial Statements.
- Work Experience in administration and HR is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Must be results-oriented, keen to detail, resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Moresby
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations and office logistics.
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and budget reports.
- Handle recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative and HR systems
