Commissioning Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator in Downstream Hydrocarbon Facilities.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in cost estimation tools and MS Excel.
  • Experience in estimating for onshore and offshore construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the focal point with the PMOD estimation team.
  • Develop estimates at +/-50%, +/-30%, and +/-10% accuracy levels.
  • Prepare Engineering Work Order estimates.
  • Endorse all GES+ estimates before submission to PMOD.
  • Analyze project scope to determine EPC costs.
  • Collect actual project data for benchmarking.
  • Maintain and update the estimation benchmarking database.
  • Assist in bid package preparation for project execution.
  • Improve Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Track estimates, changes, and costs for financial reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and technologies.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
