SYSTEM AND PROCESS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• CPA qualification with a strong financial background.
• Proven experience in ERP administration and process mapping.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of implementing successful process improvements.
• Proficiency in PRONTO.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and support teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Efficiency improvements in key processes.
• Successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• User satisfaction scores for ERP functionality and training programs.
• Accuracy and reliability of data reporting.
• Reduction in system-related downtime or errors

Responsibilities:

• The Systems and Process Manager will oversee the effective functioning of business systems, particularly the ERP system, to optimize operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
• The role focuses on managing new projects, process mapping, data analysis, ERP administration, and team training on processes and systems.
• This position leverages financial expertise and technical skills to improve workflows, enhance data accuracy, and support decision-making across departments.
