Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Must Have Trade Qualification as Heavy Equipment Mechanic/ Diesel Motor Mechanic
• Minimum of 5 Years Hands On Experience as Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Specializing in Excavator, Mobile Crane and Trucks or Heavy Plant Equipment
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and Repairing Both Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical System Specific to Heavy Trucks and Excavator Clamp Attachment is Desirable
• Strong Knowledge of Reading, Understanding and Interpreting Drawings and Schematic Diagrams of Mechanical, Hydraulic System, and Electrical System
• Must be Competent Using Diagnostic Tools to Fault Find problems with Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical System on a Heavy Truck Engines and Long Arm Excavator
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
