Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• Experience in using various manufacturing processors, machinery and tools in CSD beverage manufacturing company.
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations for food & beverages
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing concepts will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all aspects of production is carried out efficiently and effectively to meet business and customer requirements.
• Delivery of the Annual Production Plan based on the Sales requirement ensuring an optimum stock level is maintained at all times.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Monitor production orders, schedules, quality standards.
• Managing the Production Cost per liter in the plant within the budgeted levels
• Introducing lean manufacturing concepts and process improvements initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Optimize production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining stipulated quality standards
• Collect and analyze data to minimize wastages and implement improvements to eliminate the same
• Work with the management to effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization
