PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in a 5 – star/hotel resort project.
• Must have good knowledge in FIDIC.
• Must be familiar with project management software like MS Project, Primavera and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected results.
• Plan all constructions operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Ensuring permits and licenses from appropriate authorities are obtained on time and prior to.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
