Chef De Partie

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• A passion for food and an eye for detail in both taste and presentation.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant qualification (preferred, but not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & Cook: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your section, ensuring consistency and presentation are maintained.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support junior chefs, kitchen assistants, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients, ensure proper food storage, and minimize wastage.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your section and throughout the kitchen.
• Menu Development: Assist in the creation of seasonal menus and special dishes while maintaining the restaurant’s concept.
• Stock Management: Help manage stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies when required.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and guidelines.

Requirements Needed:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
