PROJECT (CONSTRUCTION) ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Proficient in SAP for accounting

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of contract law, construction contract, and legal implication
• Ability to manage project budgets, analyze financial data and make strategic financial decisions
• Ability to negotiate and managing contract effectively.
• Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, cost analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing risk mitigation measures.
• Strong negotiation skills for dealing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stake holders to achieve favorable terms.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodology.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Effective communication with internal teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
• Capacity to build and maintain strong relationship with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and industry professionals.
• Knowledge in using financial tools and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal in English language.
• Reconciliation and of complete charges to other sites of all resources and costs.
• Budget projection and analysis on a quarterly basis.
• Support procurement and logistics for material related to project requirement
