• Project Manager specializing in MARBLE AND FIT-OUT project.
• Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings with precision.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure projects and executed according to specifications and timelines.
• Perform quality surveying including the preparation of BOQs and cost estimation
• Collaborate with the client, contractors and other stakeholders align to project goal.
• Ensure the procurement of materials align with project requirements and budget.
• Prepare detailed report on project status, cost and milestone.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges onsite
