Bagging Machine Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• At least 4 years of experience in comparable role.
• Familiar with industry standards of multinational companies in terms of safety, quality and productivity.
• Good mechanical, electrical, Basic PLC knowledge, Experience with packaging lines

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing of all machines and installations on the logistics site
• Ensure the efficient flow of maintenance; preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure to minimize machine downtime
• Equipment to be maintained but not limited to Automatic FFS bagging machines, Belt conveyors, Palletize machine including connected equipment such as Check weight, Bag rejection system, Printers, Glue applicator, Slip sheet dispenser
• Equipment to be maintained but not limited to Shrink frame / stretch machine, Roller conveyors, Belt throwers, Pallet inverter, Stretch wrap machine, Scales.
