GENERAL WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Candidate can lift (Between 20-70 lbs)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of quality for the products produced.
  • Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
  • Effectively use hand tools and/or air tools
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Pack and store materials and products
  • Visually inspect the quality of in-coming production line materials, eliminate defects
  • Meet daily production goals through teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform all assembly-related tasks and assignments in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily
  • Support and communicate with Team Leaders daily
  • Maintain housekeeping & 3R5S environment.
  • Follow Mobis guidelines (according to handbook) and other policies established by department.
  • Read and/or enter data through computer.
  • Assist with creation and completion of improvement and/or cost reduction ideas
  • Complete check sheets, reports, forms, etc as assigned & with accuracy
  • Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards
