Operator (Excavator)

Qualifications:

• Relevant machinery license and competency for operating Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, Water Carts, Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Graders, and Vac Trucks
• Proven experience in operating machinery on construction or industrial sites.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with supervisors and colleagues.
• Must be at least a graduate of 1-year vocational course or Completed at least 1 year in college.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Safely and effectively operates a range of machinery, including Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, Water Carts, Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Graders, and Vac Trucks, as directed by Site Supervisors.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections of machinery, plant, and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow operational guidelines, levels, and survey points when operating machines.
• Participate in pre-start meetings to review safety protocols and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) policies and procedures.
• Report hazards, incidents, and nonconformances as required, and participate in incident investigations.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of HSEQ processes as needed
