TEAM LEADER

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years proven local & international working experience in Restaurant Management or supervision.
• Candidates with international restaurant management experience working in international settings are preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultural settings.
• Must have a TESDA NCIII or Trade Test Certificate in Food & Beverage Services.
• Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must have effective Customer Service Skills, a positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Must be keen on motivating and mentoring Team Members using international insights to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Must be able to coach and support Team Members in delivering top-quality customer service.
• Must be competent in maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service.
• Must be able to address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Handle staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
