KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years proven local & international experience in a professional & multi-cultural kitchen setting.
• Candidates with international kitchen experience working in international settings are preferred.
• Must have excellent adaptability and a global perspective essential in working with a diverse team.
• Must have a TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificate in Food & Beverage Services.
• Must have effective Customer Service Skills even working within the kitchen, with a commitment to high-quality service and attention to detail.
• Must have a strong work ethic as reliability, efficiency and a dedication to maintaining a clean, organized and productive kitchen is crucial.
• Must be competent in basic food preparation to include washing, chopping and assembling ingredients according to restaurant standards and provide support to the Front of the House staff.
• Must be competent in using, maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills and fryers and ensure that hygiene standards are met

Responsibilities:

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed by chefs.
• Assist in basic cooking tasks, such as mixing, portioning, and plating dishes.
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are readily available during service
