MACHINE OPERATOR – INJECTION MOULDING

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in plastic injection moulding preferably from Plastic Pipe Fittings (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on molds, fixtures, and other equipment. This includes cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment.
  • Set up molds in molding machines and ensure mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality work and stop production to correct any quality issues.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.
  • Document mold changes and machine adjustments.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and work rules and regulations.
  • Monitor, train, and coach machine operators to ensure they are following proper procedures
