SOUS CHEF (CHINESE CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must have premium dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef in menu planning and recipe development.
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food costs.
• Assist with special events and private dining experiences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
