Guillotine Operator

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years related experience.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Strong team player who always exhibits a positive work attitude and can work with little supervision.
• A desire to work with a high-performance team and a willingness to grow and be challenged!

Responsibilities

• Setting and running guillotine presses
• Producing large format digital prints
• Operating a Zund and Laminating, cutting and weeding vinyl
• Able to maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times
• Understanding the basic mechanics of a guillotine cutting machine and how to adjust settings.
• Ability to precisely measure and cut materials with accuracy.
• Ability to lift and maneuver large sheets of material.
• Identifying and resolving minor machine issues.
• Commitment to following safety procedures when operating heavy machinery
