Fitness Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Can provide a certificate of employment

Responsibilities:

  • A fitness trainer is responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through individualized exercise programs, education on healthy lifestyle choices, and motivational support. .
  • Develop and implement customized exercise programs based on clients’ individual needs, abilities, and goals
  • Maintain client records and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists or physicians, when necessary
