OPERATOR HDPE (PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • More than 5 years of operational experience in hdpe plant or polymer is required.
  • Experience in chemical or petrochemical industries especially in polyethylene plant, butanol plant, chemical plant ldpe, pdh,hdpe

Responsibilities:

  • Operator to provide day-to-day routine operation activity to ensure uninterrupted production and safe operation of the plant and troubleshooting of process problem crosses multiple operation area in the plant.
  • Monitor and ensure safe, smooth and efficient performance of unit to achieve key performance indicators and objectives as per procedures & Instructions.
  • Responsible for safety of plant and personnel on his shift to Control Incidents/accident during s
  • Monitor any deviations in normal plant/equipment running and trouble shoot plant’s operation to take corrective actions and optimize plant performance as
  • per guidelines. Check the operational Parameters and analyze it to implement changes as required
  • Update & follow up all maintenance and other jobs with all other service departments.
  • Plan and update preventive & turnaround maintenance and notify timely to planning department.
