SERVICE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Graduated in any of the following majors – Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Mechanics or related majors.
  • Have 1-2 years of laboratory experience or 3rd party laboratory.
  • With good experience in Service within analytical instrument industry.
  • Understand and have experience in operating chromatography.
  • In charge of technical services and provide technical support to customers.
  • With basic skills in computer operating systems: administration, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • With basic skills in software and hardware installation and troubleshooting, Familiar with any anti-virus solutions.
  • With basic skills in TCP/IP configuration and Local Area Network (LAN).

  • Other CERTIFICATES related to job preferences.
