Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in Saudi Arabia or in GCC.
• Degree or Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, entrées, soups, salads, and desserts, while adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Execute cooking techniques that reflect Continental cuisine, such as sautéing, braising, roasting, and baking, to achieve authentic and flavorful results.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service hours.
• Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for Continental-inspired dishes that align with seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and culinary team to maintain accurate inventory records and manage ingredient procurement.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Plate dishes attractively, paying attention to color, arrangement, and presentation to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
