Panel & Fabrication Manager

Qualifications:

• Technical versatility in electronics design, electronics hardware/software integration, and system electromechanical integration
• Electronic components and test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.) Systems engineering (requirements-based design and project execution)
• Analog and digital circuit design
• Printed circuit board (PCB) layout, manufacturing and assembly processes
• Electromagnetic interference and susceptibility design methods
• Experience with lightning protection and Customer-centric attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the fabrication process
• Review and analyze production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards during the fabrication process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of fabrication professionals
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and budget
• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
