Carpenters Shipping Agency is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to join their team in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This position is crucial for driving growth and optimizing operations within the agency’s air freight division, a vital component of their logistics offerings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in air freight operations, specifically in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, logistics processes, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies leading to revenue growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on operational efficiency and problem-solving.
• A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
