MICROBIOLOGY ANALYST

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in bottled water, beverage, or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and Aseptic Techniques.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts.
• Preferably can drive.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing on water samples, packaging materials, equipment, and work environments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor air quality, sanitation, and hygiene practices within production areas, reporting any non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and perform equipment verification, media preparation, and proficiency testing, while accurately updating related reports

Requirements:
