TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as accounts assistant, hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good in English communication skills, presentable look
Responsibilities:
- Help clients plan and book travel arrangements, and provide travel advice
- Determine clients’ needs and preferences, and plan travel itineraries.
- Make reservations for transportation and accommodations, and secure rental cars
- Offer travel tips on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and travel costs.
- Address problems and complaints, and determine eligibility for refunds
- Keep financial statements and documents, and create electronic records of clients.
- Also need to have excellent communication skills, be proficient in travel booking software, and have strong customer service skills.
