Service Centre (Technical Manager)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years work experience
• Diploma in Electrical and or Electronics
• License to handle refrigerants
• Strong knowledge and hands on/practical experience on electronics and the repair of white and brown goods and installation, service and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration units

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, and provide guidance and quality assurance on the diagnose and repair of white and brown goods which include but is not limited to home and kitchen appliances, gas stoves, televisions, audio systems, microwave ovens, washers and dryers
• Oversee, and provide guidance and quality assurance on the Installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of various types of air-conditioning units (split units, ceiling suspended, cassette units); and refrigerators, coolers and freezers
• Manage the function of the service centre technically and provide leadership toward quality service and support to business and customers

Requirements:

• Valid passport
• Detailed Resume
• High School / College Diploma
• Employment Certificate/s
• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
