IT Engineer

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
• At least 3 years related work experience.
• With related experience to photocopier trouble shooting.
• Ex- Middle East and holder of drivers license would be a great advantage

Responsibilities:

• To repair hardware and with knowledge in IT installation.
• Responsible in planning, implementing, configuring and maintaining local area network (LAN)
• Installation and monitoring MPS.
• Identify and troubleshoot network and hardware related problems.
• Support to customer needs, for install license, Scanner, printer etc.
• Update software.
• Plan and layout the local area network (LAN) connection.
• Setup and configure all hardware relevant to the network.
• Setup the LAN/USB connecting business products to each other and to the network’s mainframe system.
• Deploy software as may be required.
• Plan and carry out hardware and network preventive maintenance and submit monthly status report to the management representative.
• Regularly backup the system data and provide copy of the backup to the management representative.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Perform other jobs as may be assigned by the supervisor.
