Technician (Mechanical)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the mechanical systems and technical components of laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on potential maintenance needs and upcoming mechanical issues.
• Conduct proactive maintenance activities to prevent equipment malfunctions and extend lifespan.
• Update operational programs and troubleshoot mechanical problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Minimize downtime by promptly identifying and addressing mechanical-related issues.
• Uphold standards of quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency in all tasks.
• Implement and monitor company policies and procedures to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Regularly observe and follow up on adherence to policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
• Inspect mechanical components and connections to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and adhere to maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to address operational challenges and improve processes.
• Ensure tools and resources are properly maintained and used efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving mechanical systems and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and skill development programs to stay updated on industry advancements and enhance technical knowledge.
• Maintain detailed records of mechanical maintenance activities, inspections, and troubleshooting, reporting updates to supervisors as needed.
