Qualifications:
- With atleast 2-5 years experience in HOTEL.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, organization and management of Kids Place, Schools Out Activities, Day Camps, Preschool Extended Care, Klub Friday Night, family programs, teen programs & trips, general early childhood & youth programs.
- Ability to hire, train and supervise staff to result in quality programs.
- Ability to work effectively with volunteers, full-time, part-lime and administrative staff to reach the goals of the district.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices, and the ability to comprehend and determine these budgets for assigned program areas.
- Ability to work with the public in an effective manner
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
