Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge about kitchen hygiene and report writing
• Knowledge in kitchen equipment maintenance (oven, freezer, fridge etc.)
  Working with team members in the kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Plans, prepares, and cooks meals and specialty foods, often overseeing kitchen operations.
• Responsible for menu creation, ensuring food quality, managing staff, and maintaining kitchen standards.
• Key duties include recipe development, ingredient management, and food safety practices.
