Project Supervisor

Qualifications:

•  Must be tertiary qualification in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction and civil, estimating, quantity surveying, project management and with appropriate qualifications to match
• Must have experience in the construction industry required.
• Must have experience in a leadership role recommended
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver projects within agreed time frame and budget
• Supervise subcontractor engagement including compiling scope of works, tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents.
• Identify and manage conflicting priorities
• Ongoing knowledge of client contract requirements
• Provide technical direction and guidance to delivery team
• Ensure control of HSEQ at all times
• Ongoing project risk management
