STEWARDING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Intercontinental Hotel Group Experience

Responsibilities:

• Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order, being sure to report any deficiencies
• Lead and supervise the Night Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed
• Assisting colleagues, steward management and culinary team to work to their greatest ability
• Assist with food safety compliance
• Assist with food production compliance
• Conduct training and retraining as necessary
• Maintain effective business relationship with staff
• Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all kitchen and dish room equipment
