ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Male not more than 45 years old
- With min. 3 yrs experience
- With Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have handled blue collar workforce
- Experience in CMMS applications.
- Knowledge on maintenance of generators, escalators, elevators and other locomotive machines
- Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management experience
- Experience with facility design, maintenance, and optimization
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
- Knowledgeable on Autodesk Applications (AutoCAD or REVIT)
- Knowledgeable on MS Office Applications
- Knowledgeable on Motors Controls, Soft Starters, VFD and other Electrical related Controls.
- Knowledgeable Project Managements of Staff and Spare Parts Handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication

- Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
